Very hot Brown Sliders

  • 1 pack of king’s Hawaiian rolls

  • 3-4 large Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons butter 
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 cups milk 
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 ounces grated gruyere
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces grated parmesan cheese

In a major-bottomed saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Then stir in the flour to type a roux. Prepare dinner for 2-3 minutes till the uncooked flour flavor has cooked out.
